   <bio>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Michael R. Conover is a professor of wildlife ecology and behavior in the Wildland Resources Department, College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Utah State University.&amp;nbsp; He is the founding director of the Jack H. Berryman Institute, founding editor of the journal&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Human-Wildlife Interactions,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;and former chair of Wildlife Damage Management Working Group of The Wildlife Society.&amp;nbsp; His current research focuses on mammal depredation of duck nests on the marshes of Great Salt Lake, and elk and mule deer damage of &amp;nbsp;alfalfa and corn crops in Wyoming.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</bio>
