<bio>Dr. Matthew D. Meng is an Associate Professor of Marketing in the Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University. Originally from Australia, Dr. Meng brings psychological and marketing insights to understanding human behavior in conservation contexts. His academic background, spanning a B.Sc. in Psychology (University of Melbourne), M.Bus. in Marketing (RMIT University), and Ph.D. in Marketing (Boston University), provides a foundation for investigating how human attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors influence conservation outcomes. His experience working with charities and NGOs has shaped his research interests in sustainability and public policy, with his published work being featured in outlets such as The Washington Post and CNN. At the Berryman Institute, he looks forward to applying his expertise in consumer behavior and psychology to better understand and improve human-wildlife relationships.</bio>
