Now - August 29 Sign up to become a mentor
September 3  - September 17 Students view profiles, express goals, and identify top three choices
September 24 Introduction email to mentors and mentees. 
October Flash mentorship meeting scheduled according to mentor and mentee's schedules.
October - April Mentors and Mentees create a schedule that works for them. The program is flexible, and students are not required to cover specific topics with their mentor. They will receive a monthly suggestion, including topics such as:
  • Career exploration
  • Resume review
  • Interview practice
  • Gaining experience
  • Networking
  • Searching for a job
  • Interviewing skills
  • Professionalism
  • Effective communication
  • Professional experiences
  • Life experiences
  • Leadership development
  • Diversity and culture
May Program ends, students thank mentors for a successful and valuable experience.
