LAEP Professor Awarded Prestigious Rome Prize and Italian Fellowship, in Addition to a Fulbright U.S. Scholarship

Caroline Lavoie, FCELA, CSLA, AAPQ was selected for the prestigious Garden Club of America Centennial Rome Prize in Landscape Architecture and Fellowship at the American Academy in Rome, one of the most competitive honors in the arts and humanities. She will join an interdisciplinary cohort in Rome, advancing her work alongside architects, designers, and researchers from around the world.

Lavoie has also been selected as a Fulbright U.S. Scholar and will be based at the École Nationale d’Architecture (ENA) in Rabat, Morocco, where she will conduct research and collaborative academic work.
