Spencer Gibbons

Biography

Spencer Gibbons currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Utah Farm Bureau Federation (UFBF). He oversees the organization’s staff and is responsible for providing administrative coordination among Utah Farm Bureau's affiliated companies, with an emphasis on execution of UFBF policy. Gibbons started his career at Utah Farm Bureau Federation in 2003 and worked for 17 years as a regional manager helping farmers and ranchers throughout the state. He also served two years as the Chief Operational Officer for the Utah Farm Bureau Federation before his current role.
Gibbons grew up on a multi-generational dairy farm in Lewiston, Cache County, and received his degree in Ag Business & Economics from Utah State University. Gibbons continues to be involved in the family dairy with his brother and cousins. He and his wife Krista live in Richmond, Utah, and have four children.
