Paul Stokes

Biography

Paul Stokes currently works at Victory Ranch Golf Club located in Kamas, Utah as the Director of Agronomy, where he coordinates all agronomic and maintenance practices for the golf course. Paul started his career in golf course management as a student intern at Robert Trent Jones Golf Club in Manassas, Virgina. After that, he spent 7 years as an assistant golf course superintendent at Kierland Golf Club in Scottsdale, Arizona and Red Ledges Golf Club in Heber City, Utah. Paul got his first superintendent job at Logan Country Club in Logan, Utah and spent nine years there. Paul received his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Utah State University in 2001 and a Turfgrass management certificate from Rutgers University in 2005. Paul is an active member of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America and currently serves on the board of directors for the Utah Golf Course Superintendents Association. Paul’s hobbies include working in the garden, watching sports, and playing golf when he gets the chance. He loves most spending time with his beautiful wife of 25 years and their 3 children.
