About
This is the most diverse farm in the system and was established in 1901 for irrigated agriculture. Research is conducted on wheat, barley, alfalfa, forage legumes, vegetables, small fruit crops, ornamental plants, and turfgrass. The farm is also used for entomology research.
Research Topics
Researchers use the site to study landscape plants, including turfgrasses, in efforts to help Utahns and others living in high desert climates to make wise use of limited water resources.
