Manda Smith

Manda joined UFRI as an upcoming transfer student at Utah State University. She looks forward to continuing her education in plant sciences and learning new skills. She has a professional background in horticulture and landscape design. Manda is interested in the ecological intersection of natural and urban forestry. This has led her to pursue ISA certification. Her love for plants tends to take her to the backcountry, crossing state lines, and even overseas. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, environmental activism, and volunteering for the community.
