Vic Bolling

Vic graduated from Duke University in 2024 with a degree in Biology, History, and Environmental Science and Policy. Originally from rural western North Carolina, they have a passion for thoughtful forest management that supports thriving ecosystems for humans and non-humans alike. They are delighted to join the UFRI team as a crew lead and contribute their diverse experiences across research, farming, nonprofit work, trades, and forestry to such applied research. When not in the field, Vic can still usually be found in the woods, reading, birding, rock climbing, taking photos, or sometimes just sitting by a creek.
