Welcome to the Environmental Stressors and Gut Health Lab
This lab studies the interaction between environmental stressors including the Western dietary pattern, psychological stress, microplastics and gut health. Specifically, we use animal models to determine how these factors impact the gut microbiome, gut inflammation, and colorectal cancer.
