Come listen to UDOT's Matt Howard as he "Alternate Stable States: How Your Career Path May Not Go the Way You Think and Why That's OK." Matt Howard has been working as a natural resources professional for 20 years. He worked in consulting for 6 years, doing special status species surveys in many states and ecosystems, before moving to Utah Division of Wildlife Resources as an Impact Analysis Biologist and then UDOT as Natural Resource Manager.
