DETAILS June 19th, Aggie Ice Cream @ Blue Square Fun prizes! Check our Instagram for updates (@aggieicecream). *Registration fee must be paid in person at Aggie Ice Cream @ Blue Square BEFORE the contest begins. Payment window for each bracket closes 30 minutes before start time (i.e. You must pay before 2:00 pm on 6/19 for the 0-8 age group).* Ages 0-8 @ 2:30 pm (4 oz cup, $2) Ages 9-15 @ 3:00 pm (pint, $3) Ages 16-64 @ 3:30 pm (half gallon, $5) Ages 65+ @ 4:15 pm (pint, $3) ALLERGEN INFO For all ages - vanilla (contains milk)

Utah Agricultural Products BBQ

Special Event

This year marks the 30th anniversary of the Ag Day BBQ! The barbecue will feature Utah-grown beef, dairy products, pork, onion rings, salad, lamb, corn, apples, Creamies, and more. A collaboration between participating commodity groups, companies, and QANR, volunteers from commodity groups and the college prepare and serve the meal in an outdoor festival atmosphere where guests can try all sorts of delicious food. The event has become a beloved fall tradition at USU for the agricultural community, alumni, donors and friends. All proceeds, including your donation, go to the Utah Agricultural Leadership Endowment at USU to help train future generations of Utah’s farmers, ranchers, and agribusiness people through scholarship support.
