Student Council Meeting Schedule
The Quinney Graduate Student Council meets on a regular basis to plan events, discuss college happenings, and ensure student perspectives are represented in the college. All Quinney graduate students are invited and encouraged to attend council meetings. If you cannot attend council meetings and have a matter you would like to discuss, please contact the council president (Ollie.Laub@usu.edu).

| EMF Coordinator | The Emergency Medical Fund (EMF) Coordinator oversees the EMF for the QANR, including fundraising, management, and distribution. Previously, the EMF was housed under the old College of Natural Resources. With the merging of colleges and departments to create the QANR, the student council is working to create a joint EMF available to all graduate students in the QANR and Ecology Center, along with their dependents. Department Representatives
Department representatives are elected by students within departments and serve as a liaison between their home department and students. Students are encouraged to reach out to their representative with any department-specific concerns, questions, or comments. As of August 2026, only some departments have elected reps. Quinney Student Council Constitution
The Quinney Student Council has worked to develop a unified constitution that details rights, responsibilities, positions, and more all related to graduate students and graduate student council in the Quinney College. We are currently working to have this constitution publicly available. Once ready, a copy of the constitution can be found below.
