Mediterranean Diet | June 19 to June 29, 2026

Study traditional diet, culture, and lifestyle practices of the Mediterranean region while traveling through two distinct regions of Greece. Students will learn about regional food through tours of food production facilities, hands-on food preparation, lectures by experts in related fields, and exploration of edible flora and local terrain.
