BIO: Stephanie Grigsby, ASLA, AICP, is a licensed landscape architect, certified planner, and design leader whose work centers on strengthening the relationship between people, place, and nature. With over two decades of experience, she has shaped landscapes at every scale—from neighborhood greenways to regional trail systems and climate-sensitive coastal corridors.

QANR Spring Speaker - Jessica Cox

Jessica Cox (born 1983) is an American motivational speaker, advocate, and the world's first licensed pilot without arms. Born without arms due to a rare birth defect, she has achieved remarkable feats using her feet, including earning a Taekwondo black belt, driving, scuba diving, and piloting an airplane, while inspiring others through her, Rightfooted Foundation.
