The World Food Prize is known as the Nobel Prize for Food and Agriculture. It
is awarded for specific, exceptionally significant, individual achievements that
advance human development within the scope of the food system. Heidi Kühn
is a humanitarian and peace activist who has spent more than 25 years restoring agriculture in former conflict zones. She joins us to challenge USU students, faculty, and administrators to engage in the work of improving food security for all people. Her transformative "mines to vines" effort inspires and asks us to become personally engaged in feeding families to build peace.

Intersections of Practice: A Candid Conversation on Career Paths About the Lecture: What inspires you and drives your future career path? In this dialog, we’ll look at the differences between public and private sector practice in Landscape Architecture through a project-focused lens. Creasey will focus on providing transparent information and a wide variety of example projects to help new graduates make informed decisions about their future careers.
